We don’t try to pass mistakes on to you with excuses. If you want to change something, we charge you our standard rates—the same rates we bid at the start of the project. You can always reach us, either by email or phone, and we’ll return your message within 24 hours, if not immediately. We carry all insurance policies needed and maintain all of our licenses with the city and state. Finally, we provide more than just our written warranty. We often return to our past clients' homes years after their warranties have expired to help them with various things that can come up after the warranty period. We want to develop lasting relationships. Once we’ve worked with you, we hope to work with you on all of your future projects!
