When designing your custom home, we believe you should have access to every design tool and unique idea for your custom home. New Leaf Homes are as individual as their homeowners.  Unlike other builders who may recommend several outside designers or architects, our interactive design process centers around you, the client, working side by side with our in-house designers under one roof.  We create an all-inclusive budget before any design work begins and before the retainer agreement is ever signed.  That way, you know exactly what you’re getting up front – at a budget you can rely on and feel comfortable with.   At New Leaf, we’ll start with a blank piece of paper to design your truly custom home with you.  We create every aspect of your house in our 3D design software so you can see how every space looks and feels before we start building.  And because we’ve already developed the construction budget at the beginning, you don’t get stuck in the Building Bermuda Triangle.
